"Easy coffee table order"
Well... I ordered a new coffee table from havertys the whole thing was easy. The site loaded without any trouble, checkout didn’t take long, and I got updates after placing the order. The delivery date was clear too, which I appreciated. No issues on my end, and I’d use them again.

"Smooth Havertys Delivery"
I had a really good experience with my Havertys delivery. I think it was earlier this week, or maybe late last week, but either way the whole thing went smoothly. The delivery guys called before they got here, showed up within the window, and were polite the entire time. They brought everything in carefully, put it where I asked, and didn’t make me feel rushed even when I changed my mind about where something should go. They also cleaned up after themselves and didn’t leave a mess behind. Overall, I was really happy with how professional they were.

"Glad I Got the Protection Plan"
I bought my sofa from Havertys and added the protection plan at the last minute, i’m so glad I did. A few months later, my kid spilled juice on it and the stain would not come out, which was ridiculous because I tried everything. I filed the claim online and it was actually easy, with no big runaround. They sent someone out quickly and took care of it. Definitely happy I paid a little extra for the plan.

"Found a sofa we’re really happy with"
We stopped by Havertys just to look around for a new sofa, i didn’t expect to find one so quickly. But we ended up spotting one we both really liked, which was kind of exciting in the best low-key way.
The sales guy was great too. He checked in on us but wasn’t pushy at all, and gave us plenty of space to wander around while still being there to answer all our random questions.
The store was clean, the prices were easy to figure out, and checkout didn’t take long. Overall, it was just a really smooth shopping trip, and we left feeling happy about the whole thing.

My dresser had a dent when it arrived, which was frustrating. I’m not sure exactly when it happened, but havertys did arrange a repair. It just took a few phone calls and a bit more waiting than I thought it would.

"Found the Couch, But No Luck on Chairs"
I went in looking for a few living room pieces and ended up finding a couch I liked quickly, which was nice. I kind of figured the matching chairs might be available too since they had a similar setup on display, but they were out of stock. Seems like that happens a lot with popular items, so I wasn’t totally surprised, just a little disappointed.

I had a minor issue with my order and was a little worried it might turn into a long back-and-forth. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case. I reached out to Havertys and they got back to me quickly. The person I spoke with was friendly and took care of everything without making it complicated. It wasn’t a perfect start, but I was really happy with how they handled it in the end.

"Way comfier than I expected"
I got a sofa from havertys it’s been way more comfortable than I thought it would be. The cushions are soft but not, like, so soft that you disappear into them — which I was kind of worried about. I’ve already spent hours on it watching TV, and it’s been great. Delivery was fine too, no real issues there. So far, I’m really happy with it.

My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, especially since I try to be careful about where I spend my money. One of the items was the wrong color, which was a little frustrating, but I called them and they got it sorted out quickly. Overall, not a bad experience for the price.
